Synchronize managed skills into the target folder.

Synopsis

skill-organizer sync
skill-organizer sync --config ~/.agents/.skill-organizer.yml

What sync updates

  • Managed frontmatter fields in source SKILL.md files.
  • Managed symlinks in the target folder.
  • Stale managed target entries that no longer correspond to source.
  • The hidden manifest in the target folder.

Unmanaged target entries are not deleted automatically.
